The Door of Hope is a Christian-based home in Rochester NY providing a safe and supportive housing environment for women. We desire to demonstrate the love of God (Jesus) by providing personal support services to help women achieve their goals. Our program is designed to enhance women, both in personal and spiritual development through the love of Christ (Messiah). “I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD. Plans to prosper you, and not to harm you, to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11)  “Because you are fearfully and wonderfully made.” (Psalm 139:14)

The Door of Hope is a safe place for women to come and be touched with the Love, Truth and Hope of Yeshua Messiah, Jesus Christ. This is established through a 9 to 12 – month process of restoration. Our goal is to bring healing to broken lives and restore hope to those who are in need.

“I Am the Good Shepherd.” (John 10:14)

The Door of Hope desires to affect lives for the Kingdom of God by demonstrating His love and value for each individual. The Door of Hope is a house for women in transition, fostering the independence of women in a safe and secure housing environment, where person centered exchanges are a step in the continuum of their care.
